Amtrak, the closest thing we have right now to a national train system, gets a lot of things right. Comfortable seats. Nice views. Pleasant staff. Even a fully stocked snack car where you can buy just about anything you need... and stuff you really don't want.
For example, while it's great that they offer a small selection of necessities, I don't consider "pain reliver" as something I'd EVER want to buy.
Personally, I like to forget my pain as soon as possible, not relive the agony over and over. So thanks but no thanks, Amtrak!
